Key Responsibilities:
As a Talent Development Specialist, the profile will have the opportunity to contribute to the co-design, development, and management of approaches, methodologies, processes, and programs related to Talent in order to identify and retain top talent within the Group and the companies in scope.
Role:
- Contribute to the development and management of Group Succession Planning and Talent Management processes, including the definition of ad hoc Talent Development programs at the Group level.
- Provide advisory and methodological-operational support to HR Management structures and HR Business partners in management activities related to talent and people development.
- Ensure the integration and harmonization of processes and solutions for Succession Planning and Talent Management with all HR processes within the Group, ensuring synergies and enhancing all areas of competence within other HR functions.
- Ensure continuous improvement, updating, and monitoring of the area's systems and dashboards in coordination with the Group HRIS function.
Requirements:
- Excellent project management skills with a tenure not exceeding 5 years and at least 2 years of professional experience in talent management in consulting firms or in human resources private companies.
- Assessor qualification is required.
- Availability for mobility.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and management of complex relationship networks.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint mandatory).
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
Linguistic Skills:
B2+ English proficiency.
Assessor qualification is required.
