What You'll Bring:
Proven experience as a Controller, ideally in a TPA or health insurance setting
Strong hands-on approach with a "builder" mindset
Background managing finances for multiple entities
Experience creating scalable infrastructure in high-growth environments
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
5+ years of accounting experience, ideally with at least 2+ years in a TPA, health insurer, or benefits admin environment
Deep knowledge of claims cycles, PEPM/ASO/shared-risk billing models, and healthcare funding
Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems
Working knowledge of HIPAA, ERISA, and other healthcare regulatory frameworks is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Clear, effective communication - both written and verbal
