Oliver James have partnered with an award winning German financial services client to support them in finding a SAP HCM PY Expert to support a long term international payroll transformation project.
Please note that German language skills are essential for these positions. The work can be delivered completely remotely and the project is expected to run until at least the end of 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Work with client teams to provide consultancy, advisory and analytical support in SAP HCM PY (Payroll)
- Compare and validate data across two SAP Payroll systems to identify areas for technical changes
- Attend workshops with client teams to understand and advise on system design and configuration
- Support client in improving Payroll processes utilizing the functionality of SAP PY system
Experience:
- Experience in SAP HCM Payroll systems and process analysis
- Understanding of SAP HCM PY configuration and migration (preferred for one of the two roles)
- Business Fluency in German language
