They are seeking individuals who are passionate about innovation and eager to contribute to the ongoing development of the hospital information system. They are dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare through cutting-edge solutions.

As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will collaborate closely with our SCRUM team on a daily basis to drive the agile development of the Clinical Information System. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the (further) development of a Clinical Information System within an agile framework.
  • Ensuring quality standards by designing test specifications and executing test cases.
  • Analyzing test results and reporting deviations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintaining existing test cases and regression tests.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination with the international Clinical Information System Core development organization.
  • Participating in the enhancement of QA infrastructure and test data management.

Qualifications:

  • Fundamental technical background, ISTQB certification, or willingness to pursue relevant training.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in agile software development, particularly in the SCRUM process model and Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise (SAFe).
  • Proficiency in end-to-end and system testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Protractor, WebdriverIO, Cypress, Selenium, or similar.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Jira and Confluence, as well as test case documentation tools like Testlink or Zephyr.
  • Curiosity and interest in complex systems, software platforms, and container technologies.
  • Proficiency in both German and English, written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or understanding of hospital processes is an advantage.
