Client Details

  • Leading Retail business that are on a significant change journey and are looking for a high calibre person to support a transforming digital agenda and diversifying product base.

Description

Reporting to the Change Director, you will be a key partner to the Leadership team. As Programme Manager you will be responsible for strategic leadership for the organisation's digital transformation journey.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the strategy, planning, implementation and optimisation of click and collect activities that drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue and profit for the Group
  • You will own the Key Performance Indicators across the customer collection strategy, with an emphasis on driving and converting demand around both planned and reactive seasonal events
  • Work with the key stakeholders from Operations, Marketing, Property and Finance to support
    • Design of the future stores - including layout, signage, display etc.
    • Streamline group promotions to maximise profit and ensure cost-effectiveness
    • Support stores directly to improve store processes, communication and engagement with customers and staff training design

Profile

  • You have demonstrated experience in owning change projects from inception through to completion
  • Ideally come from a Retail background having supported marketing campaigns, customer loyalty programmes, new product launch or operations change
  • Exceptionally strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-first attitude
  • You are numerically literate, with a passion for interpreting patterns in business data that drives decision-making
