Lead Business Analyst - London - Up to £600pd Outside IR35
Oliver James' leading financial services client is currently looking for a Lead Business Analyst to support on an operating model programme to support their new product proposition, this will include establishing new ways of working for both internal stakeholders and external parties.
The opportunity will specifically centre around both Process Design and Process Mapping to deliver a fully integrated customer solution with a number of new partners that are being onboarded.
This is part of a larger ongoing transformation programme, which specifically looks at policy design, payment administration & processing.
Key Skills Needed:
- Strong experience as a Lead Business Analyst
- Substantial experience within Insurance and Financial Services (specifically Lending or Credit)
- Strong experience with Process Mapping and Process Design
- Experience with SDLC
