We are partnering with a boutique, growth-oriented wealth management firm headquartered in New York City. The firm, currently managing over $2 billion in assets, is looking to bring on experienced Financial Advisors who specialize in serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Role Overview:
You will join a team of accomplished professionals in a firm that prioritizes personalized client relationships, advanced planning capabilities, and institutional-grade investment access. Advisors in this firm operate with the full support of dedicated planning, investment, operations, and compliance teams. Whether you're NYC-based, remote, or interested in expanding into a new market, the firm provides flexibility and resources to build your business the right way.
Compensation & Equity:
Competitive, tiered payout ranging from 50% to 75% based on revenue
Access to equity in the firm with Tag-Along Rights

What You'll Do:
Transition and grow a book of high-value clients, either independently or in partnership with other advisors
Deliver customized wealth planning, investment strategy, tax optimization, and estate planning services
Collaborate with the firm's leadership to shape ongoing platform development and expansion
Build and deepen multigenerational relationships with a fiduciary mindset
Contribute to a culture of transparency, planning excellence, and entrepreneurial spirit
Who You Are:
An experienced advisor with a proven track record of working with clients in the $2MM+ AUM range
Comfortable managing complex planning needs across tax, estate, philanthropic, and investment dimensions
Interested in long-term firm growth and equity participation
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Based in or open to working in NYC, remote, or expanding into a new market
