Position Summary:

We are seeking a People Business Partner to provide strategic HR support across multiple business units, primarily focusing on our workforce in Ireland. This role plays a key part in delivering and adapting global and regional HR initiatives, strategies, processes, and systems. Areas of responsibility span the full HR spectrum: from organisation design and talent acquisition to succession planning, performance management, cultural transformation, compensation, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of core People & Capability programs within a business line or location, including talent development, performance reviews, compensation planning, learning initiatives, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and HR partner to senior leadership, providing insights and guidance on both immediate and long-term HR considerations aligned with business goals.
  • Serve as the liaison between the business and Centre's of Excellence (COEs)/Global Business Services Centre (GBSC), ensuring effective implementation and customisation of HR programs.
  • Provide coaching to managers and team members on development strategies, performance challenges, and reward systems.
  • Review and monitor development plans to ensure relevance and alignment with growth objectives.
  • Support on-boarding processes and contribute to employee wellness initiatives within the region or team.
  • Offer feedback and local perspective on the success and impact of HR programs and policies.
  • Address and resolve complex HR service issues escalated by COEs or the GBSC.
  • Act as a subject matter expert regarding local employment laws, regulations, and market dynamics.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record in managing and delivering corporate HR programs, such as performance management and compensation cycles, and providing updates on their effectiveness.
  • Experience advising business leaders on local HR matters and developing tailored solutions.
  • Strong ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across diverse teams and functions.
  • Able to prioritise and pivot quickly in response to evolving business needs.
  • Proactive in fostering leadership alignment and breaking down silos; thrives in global, matrix-ed environments.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, with a focus on problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Acts with integrity and leads by example, embodying the companies core values.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Committed to partnering with the business to enable change, overcome challenges, and navigate ambiguity.
