A reputable international law firm is looking for a Paralegal to be a part of their transctional team. You will be working with renown individuals who represents numerous well-established clients ranging from conglomerates to financial institutions to asset managements and more.
You will be responsible for supporting the team on different transactional work, ranging from ECM to DCM to M&A and more. You will assisting on drafting and translating various legal documents including agreements, letters to clients and so forth. As well, you will be assisting on legal research and handling due diligence tasks and more.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of law degree from a renown school
- Fluency in English is a must (Written and Spoken) and strong Mandarin/ Cantonese skills would be advantageous
- Great organisational and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about transactional related matters
