Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to HNW and UHNW clients, delivering personalized wealth management solutions
Leverage the firm's extensive resources to address complex financial, investment, tax, and estate planning needs
Build and deepen client relationships through exceptional service, proactive advice, and regular communication
Drive business development efforts through strategic networking, referrals, and professional partnerships
Collaborate with an integrated team of specialists to deliver holistic, high-touch service to clients
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, investment strategies, and financial planning best practices
Uphold the firm's fiduciary standards and commitment to putting client interests first
Contribute to the firm's strategic initiatives and growth, including mentoring newer Advisors and participating in leadership opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with HNW/UHNW clients in a wealth management, private banking, or family office setting
Proven track record of client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow within a collaborative, resource-rich environment
Strong technical knowledge in investments, financial planning, and wealth management solutions
FINRA Series 65 or equivalent licenses preferred (or ability to obtain)
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills
US work authorization required
