Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to UHNW clients, delivering bespoke wealth management and advisory solutions

  • Design and implement complex investment strategies utilizing private markets, alternatives, and traditional assets

  • Leverage the firm's global resources and institutional-quality investment platform to serve client needs

  • Foster deep, enduring relationships with clients by providing holistic financial, estate, and legacy planning advice

  • Source new UHNW relationships through a proactive and strategic business development approach

  • Collaborate with internal wealth planners, investment strategists, and family office specialists

  • Maintain the highest fiduciary standards and commitment to delivering objective, client-centric advice

  • Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in firm-wide strategic growth initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience advising UHNW individuals, families, or family offices

  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management at the UHNW level

  • Deep understanding of alternative investments, private markets, and complex wealth management strategies

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within a global, independent advisory platform

  • Strong technical knowledge in investments, wealth planning, tax-efficient strategies, and family office dynamics

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills

  • FINRA Series 65 or equivalent licenses preferred (or ability to obtain)

  • U.S. work authorization required
