I am currently working with a Consultancy client who are outsourcing a project for an insurance Company in Liverpool. These roles are for experienced Complaints Handlers (x 12-15) and will provide 6 weeks training in Liverpool followed by remote working for the remainder of the contract.
Experience required;
- End to end compliant handling and resolution.
- Applicants will have experience dealing with difficult situations in a professional manner.
- Strong letter writing skills essential.
- Remediation and calculation experience.
- Experience of Pensions and/or investments products essential.
- Previous experience in a complaint handling role within a financial services organisation essential.
- Individual measures for output and quality are met.
- Complaints are clarified and agreed by telephone with the customer ensuring the complaint is fully understood.
