I am currently working with a Consultancy client who are outsourcing a project for an insurance Company in Liverpool. These roles are for experienced Complaints Handlers (x 12-15) and will provide 6 weeks training in Liverpool followed by remote working for the remainder of the contract.

Experience required;

  • End to end compliant handling and resolution.
  • Applicants will have experience dealing with difficult situations in a professional manner.
  • Strong letter writing skills essential.
  • Remediation and calculation experience.
  • Experience of Pensions and/or investments products essential.
  • Previous experience in a complaint handling role within a financial services organisation essential.
  • Individual measures for output and quality are met.
  • Complaints are clarified and agreed by telephone with the customer ensuring the complaint is fully understood.
