Insurance Broker (Reinsurance) required by highly successful, global insurance broking business. Excellent opportunity with career progression available in line with business growth.
The role:
- Reinsurance / Treaty focus
- Work with specific clients to place risks with re-insurers
- Attend client meetings, collate and communicate client requirements to effectively to ensure appropriate marketing of the risk
- Support with preparing submissions and slip wordings
- Update quoting and placement progress reports
- Assist in negotiations with underwriters
Requirements:
- 3-6 years relevant experience within a broker or direct re-insurer
- Reinsurance experience
- Treaty experience ideally
- Strong communication ability
