I am working with a client looking for a talented lawyer wanting to join their top tier finance team. The opportunity offers a clear progression path in a growing international team, offering a unique springboard for career development and cross-cultural immersion.
The role will offer challenging and high profile work across corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and financing, with particular focus on private equity investments, structured finance products & pre-IPO financings.
About you:
- Common Law qualified
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Relevant experience across Banking & Finance / Capital Markets at a leading firm
- Mandarin Skills are preferred
