We're recruiting for an Expense Analyst to join a Lloyd's of London Insurance company on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role will be based in the central London office 2-3 days per week plus remote working.
The role:
Responsible for supporting the delivery of expense reporting processes under the guidance of the Expense Business Partner in accordance with pre-approved timetables, including:
- All month end ledger entries (for all processes owned)
- Variance analysis (incl. Direct Cost Reports)
- Running analytics process
- Controls and governance framework
- Responsible for supporting the delivery of the annual expense budget & quarterly forecasts within defined timetables when required
The candidate:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience of month end reporting cycles within a complex organisation
- Understanding of controls frameworks including documentation
- Insurance industry experience ideal
