Oliver James' client is looking for an Engineering Squad Lead to join their team and focus on supporting both the programme and team management.
The business is working on multiple exciting projects within the financial services space and have a strong focus on continuously improving both their tech and business.
Skills needed:
- Previous technology experience within AngularJS / Kotlin / Java Spring Boot
- Previous experience working within the cloud, ideally, using AWS
- Experience of working in a managerial position focusing on leading a technical team
- Experience of working in a project delivery orientated position
