Henceforth, they are looking to onboard a Data Platform Lead to help guide their journey to become the pioneers in data.
Characteristics & Requirements
- Design and develop data models and database structures in building the data platform
- Very Hands on Data Engineering skillset involving ETL, ETL workflow design
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead a team of 5+ ETL developers onshore and offshore
- CDC (Change Data Capture) or Hadoop is an advantage
- AWS Glue/AWS with Insurance background (preferred) or Financial Services
