A premier cyber security incident response firm is looking for a Chief Financial Officer capable of designing and pitching the right investment story to the market, as well as responsible for all investor relations. The client is searching for an experienced early-stage venture capitalist investor who at least has reached Principal level and has an active network of institutional investors in the Asia region along with strong deal experience, or equitable background.
- CFO role is predominantly focused on raising capital and ownership of the financial model
- Largely focuses on early-stage financing strategy and execution, and would require supervisory oversight of back-office functions
- Experienced early-stage venture capitalist investor who at least has reached Principal level and has an active network of institutional investors in the Asia region along with strong deal experience, or equitable background
- Technology, Media, and Telecommunications investment bankers at a minimum Executive Director level may also apply, but experience with early-stage ventures is preferred
