They are seeking a world-class Vice President of Managed Security Services (MSS & MDR) to be based in the UK with an EMEA focus to grow and scale a portfolio of consultancy and managed security services. In addition to this, the VP will be expected to significantly drive the enhancement of Customer Experience functions.
MSS / MDR
- Responsibility for the delivery of the MDR and other managed services including direct line management of the technical contributing teams
- Ensure scalability of our managed services whilst being effective in our mission to deliver on the Solutions BU's targets
- Lead the Managed Services Delivery teams towards an efficient and customer centric global operation
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Lead the transformation of the Global Customer Engagement teams to an efficient, effective and customer centric organization that can support the delivery of both consulting and managed services delivery to customers across all regions
- Lead the Managed Services Delivery teams towards an efficient and customer centric global operation
- Work closely with customers and product management to evolve our managed services portfolio in line with our customers current and future needs
