Key responsibilities:
- M&A transactions within venture capital.
- Direct involvement with client work.
- Developing client relationships from a very early stage in your career.
- Advising founders and entrepreneurs on all areas of corporate law.
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years post-qualified experience as an M&A Associate.
- Excellent university exams with an overall score of minimum 17 points from your first and second state examinations.
- Good understanding of economics and how legal decisions will impact organisations.
- A stylish communicator in both German and English.
- Willingness to make an impact.
