We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services, specifically in insurance or banking, to join our dynamic team at a leading Financial Services company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on data-related projects and a solid understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), AI (Artificial Intelligence), machine learning, and other advanced analytics technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for data-related projects in the financial services domain.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with technical teams to design and implement data solutions using ETL tools, AI algorithms, machine learning models, and other advanced analytics technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data-related projects, including data models, data flows, and business rules.
- Provide support and training to end-users on data tools and systems to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Conduct quality assurance testing and validation of data solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and financial services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, preferably in insurance or banking.
- Proven track record of working on data-related projects, including experience with ETL processes, AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies related to data analytics is desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
