📚 Regulatory Expertise: Knowledge of pension regulations for DB schemes, with a detailed understanding of wind-up requirements and interactions with PPF and FAS.
💡 Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of buy-out, buy-in, and familiarity with longevity insurance and reinsurance products.
🔄 Process Mastery: A deep understanding of systems and processes related to annuity commitments, covering data/benefit input, FR reconciliation, inception costings, administration, and customer communication.
🔍 Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and financial skills, with the ability to comprehend large volumes of customer data and pension benefit calculations.
💼 Administration Experience: Demonstrable experience in administering and onboarding defined benefit pension schemes.
🎙️ Communication Excellence: Strong experience in leading and/or participating in beauty parades, as well as presenting to Trustees and Advisers.
🌐 Market Awareness: An understanding of the current challenges and opportunities in the BPA market.
📈 Organisational Prowess: Strong organisational and change management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
