The Role
Test Manager | We are currently recruiting for a Test Manager on a contract basis for a leading Financial Services organisation based in Zurich. This role will be responsible for overseeing the management of 7-8 Test Managers and will be working onsite at least 3 days per week. The business is currently under-going a significant period of growth, investment and transformation and this role will pay a pivotal role in providing direction and executing on testing strategy across the business.
Test Manager Requirements
- Strong experience in Test Management with good general across various areas of testing
- Experience of leading / managing other Test Managers
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Good stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Any experience in writing testing strategy would be highly beneficial
- A background in financial services, insurance or pharmaceutical would also be good but not essential
- Ability to speak German is preferred but again, is not essential
- EU citizenship is required and candidates must be based in Switzerland
This is an urgent role and this business will be looking for someone to start imminently. Good day rates are available and this project will run for a minimum of 6 months.
