I'm working with a global-scale enterprise client seeking an experienced Test Lead to join their expanding QA function. This individual will lead and participate in a major Data Migration project. They will participate in the planning & implementation of on-going enhancements to existing test infrastructure managing costs, resources, and delivery schedules.
Skills required:
- Minimum 5 year's experience in a similar role across Test Management
- Communication and Influencing Leadership
- Problem Solving and Decision Making
- Passionate about Quality with a continuous drive for improvements
- The candidate needs to be a self-starter and ensure the team are following best practices
- Team player and provide guidance, training, and assistance to other members of the team
