We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Project Manager/Delivery Lead to join my client in the Insurance industry. As a Cloud Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of migration initiatives and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for cloud initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverable.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project life cycle.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to cloud computing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in cloud-related projects and migration project
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and associated technologies.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
