We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join one of our client as a Team Lead in the Payment Operations department. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading a dynamic team, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of financial transactions.

  • Execute and oversee the end-to-end processing of SEPA payments, ensuring compliance with SEPA regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and analyse SEPA transactions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to SEPA payments, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
  • Stay updated on SEPA regulations and ensure that payment processes align with regulatory requirements. Implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of SEPA transactions, processes, and compliance measures.
  • Provide support to internal and external stakeholders on SEPA-related queries and issues. Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency improvements within the SEPA payments domain.
  • Generate and analyse reports related to SEPA payments, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.

Are you our next AML Analyst? The answer is yes if :

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in payments processing, preferably with a focus on SEPA payments.
  • Knowledge of SEPA regulations, payment schemes, and processing requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in regulations and technologies impacting SEPA payments.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payment processing and compliance.
