For our Milan office, we are looking to hire an experienced recruiter or HR professional who can build our Talent Attraction team, run our internal Academy, and set cutting edge strategies around Employer Branding. We want exceptional candidates who can support the senior management in delivering business growth by leading the talent attraction function and managing teams of new entrants into the recruitment industry. The person will work individually and in collaboration with other departments to attract, onboard and progress individuals into a long-term career with Oliver James.
