The job :
* Building strong customer and client relationships
* Helping both client and customer achieving their objectives with a consultancy approach.
* Mapping the market to proactively & directly approach both clients and candidates
* Following and supporting your clients and candidates across all the process
* You will follow the recruitment process from A to Z
* You will analyse the market and proactively prospect to expand your market
* You will pre-select and interview candidates
* You will accompany and advise clients and candidates
* You will be responsible for your market
Your profile :
* A degree level education is preferable
* Recruiting experience will be an advantage
* You are a dynamic and outgoing person
* You speak English and French or Dutch
* You are a self-motivated person who is constantly looking for improvement
* You are ambitious and want to achieve your goals
* You want to go beyond your limits
