For one of my clients in the paiement sector located in Brussels, we are currently looking for an IT support / Helpdesk.
Your tasks would be:
-Maintain and support computer hardware, mobile devices and other computer equipment.
- Remotely diagnose a hardware or software computer malfunction
- Account management in Active Directory
- N1 helpdesk and proximity support
- Management and follow-up of incidents with the ticketing tool
- Software and hardware
- Installation - Installation, configuration and configuration of workstations
- Intervention on fixed pc, laptop pc, Mac Book, tablet)
- Installation and configuration of messaging (Outlook)
We are looking for a Local Support Technician (M / F), mastering the following areas: laptops, tablets - Windows 7/10 - Windows Server - Mac OS - Outlook 2016 - Office 365/2010 / 2013.
Experience as a that a local support technician (M / F) is required for this position as well as a diploma in computer science
This position is full-time. Fluency in English, dutch and french is required
Good soft skills because it will be necessary to inform and transmit information to all user profiles.
