We are partnering with a leading organization at the forefront of technology and innovation. They are currently seeking a Core Application Support Engineer to join their dynamic IT team. Due to the confidential nature of our partnership, the client's name is undisclosed.

💼 Role Overview:

As a Core Application Support Engineer, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for users, addressing incidents and service requests related to Core Systems. This includes ERP , in-house web applications, remarketing tools, and other satellite applications. Your mission is to provide sustainable solutions to identified issues and ensure the seamless operation of Core Systems.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

📥 Ticket Management: Filter incoming tickets from business users and provide timely resolutions.

🤝 Collaboration: Assign tickets to the most qualified team members or engage Core Systems Change Teams and suppliers when necessary.

🧪 Solution Validation: Prior to business approval, rigorously test and validate proposed solutions.

🌐 Change Deployment: Coordinate and deploy periodic updates in close collaboration with Change Teams.

📚 Knowledge Management: Document all relevant topics in the knowledge base for future reference.

🕒 Monitoring: Conduct routine checks to ensure the operational integrity of Core Systems in production.

👥 Reporting Structure:

You will report directly to the IT Operation Supervisor.
