The newly created Strategy Unit is in charge of supporting the evolution and progressive structuring of
the Company.
We are recruiting a Strategy Manager who is eager to join a new dynamic and evolving team, supporting
directly the Chief Strategy Officer in leading the change.
As a Strategy Manager, you will manage targeted, effective and efficient new project planning and
management by sourcing, synthesizing, summarizing, and providing key business analytics that enable
informed decisions that affect the Group global strategy.
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with strategic units, identify strategic fields with high financial or strategic impact, design appropriate project concepts, drive strategic business projects and initiatives around transformation of our business model
- Ensure the progress of strategic projects according to plan and drive toward significant, tangible business results by closely collaborating with the Leadership team and with management across functions and businesses and on an above-country level
- Manage analytical activities to support goal setting and planning
- Initiate key projects to support the implementation of the business strategy
- Partner closely with internal key stakeholders, as well as external parties to ensure strategy alignment
- Coordination and support in Post-Merger Integration activities
Requirements and skills:
- 8+ years' experience in leading Advisory firms, preferably with a portfolio of projects in the pharmaceutical industry, or direct industry experience
- Previous direct involvement in Post-Merger Integration activities
- Proficiency in English and Italian are required (spoken and written)
- Experience in executing of complex strategic projects within complex organizations, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical skillset, from structuring problems, to complex analyses, results interpretation
and shaping recommendations
- Proven ability to engage all levels of stakeholders across functions and countries
- Hands-on approach combined with business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Strong cross-functional project management skills
