Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Stop Loss Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our stop-loss insurance products. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the healthcare insurance industry. The Stop Loss Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team and C-suite to ensure the successful promotion and sales of our stop-loss insurance offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote stop-loss insurance products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our stop-loss insurance products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets and customer segments for our stop-loss insurance products.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities and threats and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to provide necessary marketing support and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and product development teams, to ensure that marketing strategies align with product offerings and meet customer needs.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising, to reach target audiences and generate leads for our stop-loss insurance products.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives and provide regular reports to management on key metrics and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to stop-loss insurance marketing and ensure that all marketing activities adhere to these standards.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our stop-loss insurance products and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Review the use and functionality of all marketing services available to the marketing team.

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry, with a focus on stop-loss insurance products.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, as well as a solid understanding of the healthcare insurance market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing decisions and strategies.
  • Proficiency in using various marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach to achieving marketing goals and objectives.

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in marketing stop-loss insurance products or related healthcare insurance products.
  • Certification in Marketing or related fields.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the healthcare insurance industry.
  • Experience in organizing and executing marketing events and campaigns.

    Work Environment:

    The Stop Loss Marketing Coordinator will primarily work in an office environment, collaborating with various teams and occasionally traveling for industry events and conferences.
