Oliver James Recruitment is exclusively engaged with a Global Retailer to source a ServiceNow Platform Owner in the UK.
Our client has recently acquired two businesses that will require consolidation of tooling across the SN Suite, including ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, IRM, VA, and more.
This person will be the driving force behind the platform, with full autonomy to shape its journey.
You will also be responsible for the following:
- Defining and owning the IT Service Management tooling road map.
- Management of usage and demand requirements, new services, and resource management.
- Own the relationship with vendors and MSPs who support the platform.
- Working on enhancements and upgrades on the platform.
The right person will:
- Have at least 3 years hands-on experience as either a ServiceNow consultant / architect / developer
- Must be able to consult and manage internal and external international stakeholders, business acumen to conjure solutions with customers that benefit the business's overall goals.
- Be curious, innovative, and determined mindset.
