Title: ServiceNow Director
Location: Washington, DC (Remote)
Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card only
Salary: $160,000-210,000
Our client is a leading global technology enterprise partner which is looking to bring on a Director to manage a growing team of ServiceNow professionals. Someone in this role would manage company targets for revenue and profitability as well as promote the delivery excellence approach to the Global Delivery team.
Required Experience:
- Deep knowledge of consulting and professional services programs.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Previous experience in several ServiceNow Domain areas.
- Ability to assess and mitigate risk.
- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
- Lead and motivate teams located across multiple time zones.
- Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with other leaders to achieve company goals.
- Ability to simplify complex situations.
Technical Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Over 12 years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting.
- Between 8 and 12 years of experience in Program and Project Management.
- Agile certification is preferred.
- SCRUM certification is preferred.
- PMP Certified required.
