Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid, 3 days on-site)
Type: FTE, Direct Hire
Salary: $70,000-90,000k +Benefits
We are partnered with a group, who are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. You will be responsible for contributing to the administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that the platform meets the needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability, security, and performance.
- Configure and customize the platform to meet the specific requirements of the organization.
- Develop and implement solutions that automate service request workflows and streamline processes.
- Manage the ServiceNow ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Skills Needed:
- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Knowledge of ITSM module. Knoweldge of ITOM, incuding Discovery & Service Mapping highly desired
- Prefered: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Jelly, etc.).
