Service Transition Manager - Milton Keynes - Up to £500pd Outside IR35
Oliver James' is partnered with a consultancy to support their Insurance end client working on a large scale data and platform transformation and are looking for dynamic Service Transition Manager to support the transition to BAU and work closely with the businesses Product Owners to ensure effective delivery.
Key Skills Needed:
- Strong experience in managing cutover (documenting and managing critical items and sign off points)
- Creating, documenting and supporting on processes for Day 1
- Previous experience in managing HyperCare Processes
- Experience with documenting artefacts to migrate services into BAU
