Role: Service Desk Operations Manager
Salary: up to €80,000 + benefits
I'm working with a Managed Service Provider who are looking to expand their team in their Waterford Head Office. The successful candidate will have an understanding of SLAs and customer satisfaction with experience managing small to medium sized teams within a fast paced environment.
This is a fully site based role in Waterford.
- 5+ years experience managing a team within a technical environment
- Experience in design and implementation of processes, policies and procedures
- Proven experience successfully scaling teams within technology
- Effective decision making skills and working within strict timelines
- Experience managing SLAs, KPIs and 121's
