We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Manager for one of our clients who provides IT Professional Services on some of the biggest programmes in the UK across sectors including Retail, Government, Financial Services, Insurance and more.
Your initial project will be assisting a client with improving and managing their Service Desk.
Responsibilities:
- Improve management of the desk & processes
- Manage a 3 man Service Desk
- Introducing a new low cost call system
- Implement new changes to increase productivity of the Service Desk
About you:
- Analytics Skills and Organised
- Experience and willingness to improve a Service Desk
- Knowledge of low cost and efficient product on the market e.g. alternative ticketing systems
Location: Chorley / Manchester
Salary: Competitive and depending on experience
