Service Desk Analyst | ServiceNow | London Market Insurer

My client is a London Market Insurance Firm based in the City and they are looking to appoint a Service Desk Analyst to work to help support their Infrastructure Capibility.

They are looking for someone who can:

  • Support the Infrastructure team across multiple areas including following up on escalations/ issues where required.
  • Will assist process owners with template setups
  • Will assist process owners with hands on process support
  • Change management support where needed.
  • ITSM support systems administration including ITSM ticketing (Halo)
  • Support and administration related to key meetings such as Service reviews.

The Ideal candidate will have experience with:

  • Microsoft office tools, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
  • experience and understanding of infrastructure components like operating systems, databases, middleware, storage, network devices, hypervisors
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Halo etc
  • Good communicator, able to work with global teams
  • ITIL Foundation and advantage
