Service Design & Assurance Manager - Remote / Manchester - Up to £550pd Inside IR35
Oliver James' client is currently recruiting for a strong consultant who will lead service design and assurance from design to go live. This opportunity will focus on service design, change, release and IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) activities across the IT function.
Core duties:
- Develop processes across design, assurance, change, release and ITDR
- Create service designs which will ensure new solutions meet the required acceptance criteria
- Deliver service introduction plans, processes and operational readiness material
- Manage ITDR documentation and assurance of continuity arrangements
Key Skills Needed:
- Substantial experience in service design, technical governance and delivery
- Experience working with third parties
- Strong skills / experience with ITIL v3 processes
- Strong experience working on transformation project/programmes of the IT Service Management function
