Key skills;
- Responsible for managing the Service Providers Heat-map scores, including having clear actionable get to green plan
- Tracking reporting and managing all service metrics in line with SLA
- Defining relevant service improvement plans (SiP) for any reliability issues
- Lead the Service SMEs and IT Service providers responsible for getting services delivered to the correct Business units and clients
- Insurance experience desirable
