You are required to support ongoing strategic projects and delivering operational process improvement and change management within Finance. Another key aspect of the roles is to develop a strong understanding of interfaces and the systems they come from.

Responsibilities:
- Lead finance system integration and implementation process and support training and post system go live
- Reviewing systems performance and identifying system issues
- Managing system upgrades with the IT department
- Designing and implementing internal system controls (preventative and detective) to provide quality assurance over financial data
- Reviewing and maintaining financial systems policies, procedures and process mapping
- Collaborating with IT and financial staff to meet business requirements
- Troubleshooting and fixing finance related system issues
- Training and supporting finance team members in the use of financial systems and procedures
- Working with the IT team to design delivery schedules of systems development
- Working with business intelligence software
- Manage resolution of issues working closely with finance IT project team to ensure that optimum system performance is maintained
- Learn and understand our system end to end and understand interfaces into SAP
- Training and supporting finance team members in the use of financial systems and procedures
- Support system integrations on new company acquisitions and mergers
- Other ad hoc projects as required by Senior Management team
Skills:
- Significant financial analysis and numerical capability
