Oliver James are thrilled to recruit a Senior Liquidity Risk Manager for a market-leading Financial Services organisation going into a high growth mode.
This position reporting into the CRO is a newly created position due to the continued growth of the organisation over the last 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a team of two Senior Risk professionals and will be responsible for but not limited to the following day to day activities.
- Leads in the development, enhancement and embedding of management of Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book Trading risk and Liquidity Risk frameworks to deliver effective risk management to the business ensuring processes are fit for purpose and are in line with Board expectations and regulatory requirements
- Oversees the preparation and delivery of Market and Liquidity Risk reports to the Board, Board Risk Committee
- Support the team to act as the eyes and ears of Global Risk Management on the Dublin trade floor as the first point of contact with the Dublin Treasury function on discussions of limits, strategy, etc.]
- Takes the lead in ensuring that appropriate stress testing infrastructure exists for the trading, treasury, and liquidity portfolios.
