Based in Manchester you will work directly with our clients to ensure we deliver a quality led candidate experience and secure top talent and build pipelines for our them

You'll initially cover a spectrum of role levels and job categories with the option to specialise as we grow

Accountable for service delivery into the on-site Account Teams you'll provide a meaningful, relationship-driven service, and understanding the similarities and nuances of our Client base.

What you'll do

As a Senior Resourcing Consultant within Avencia RPO / MSP you will be:

  • Working hand in hand with our Resourcing Manager and on site Resourcing Business Partners and clients to deliver high quality candidates
  • Advising hiring managers of resourcing and selection strategy including market intel and brand perception
  • Accountable for ensuring resourcing delivery client KPIs are achieved by the Resourcing Delivery Team
  • Follow the agreed screening process for every Client
  • Personally source great talent for mid to senior level hires
  • Maintain TalentLink as the one source of truth for all our candidate and Client data
  • Engaging in resource-planning meetings with client stakeholders and providing resourcing strategies
  • Deputise for Resourcing Manager and hold the team to account in her absence

How you'll do it

  • You'll have a customer-centric approach in attitude and output, operating credibly internally and externally
  • Having effective relationships with Avencia on-site and off-site team where there is mutual understanding of the goals of Avencia and the client
  • Reducing Avencia's dependency on recruitment agencies
  • Experience delivering successful projects (multiple hires, market mapping)
  • Extensive experience managing the full life cycle recruitment process for senior and high profile roles
  • Consult hiring managers and HR stakeholders on future recruitment strategies/planning
  • Comfortable and credible with C-suite Executives
  • Ability to pitch for Exec Search roles
  • You'll plan effectively in advance, relishing if tomorrow doesn't look like today
