We are looking for an experienced PM/PMO for our MNC client. This is under secondment contract, with a 12 months duration. Candidate must be based in Hong Kong and had experience working in banks.
Responsibilities:
- Define scope, objectives, timeline and resourcing for projects in collaboration with stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams using Scrum methodology in Jira and Confluence
- Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and manage expectations
- Continuously improve processes through application of Agile principles and best practices
- Work closely with QA to define testing strategies and ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Maintain effective communication across all levels to motivate teams and resolve obstacles
Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years' experience managing complex projects in Fintech/Payments domain
- Expertise in Agile methodology, Scrum, Jira and project documentation tools
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget through active risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and work cross-functionally
- Experience managing teams, prioritizing workload and resolving issues
