Your new role
Acting as the Head of Information Technology of Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape, driving digital transformation (especially in ERP transformation and maintenance), and ensuring our position as a market leader. You will lead a talented IT team, strategize IT initiatives, and leverage technology to enhance our property management services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a forward-looking IT strategy aligned with our business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing IT team.
- Oversee technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management functions
- Drive digitalization of property management processes and services; ERP systems , Leasing Management Systems, CRMs
- Foster innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as establish relationship with external parties to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.
What you need to succeed
- Proven experience as a IT manager/lead, doesn't have to be a large team - your people leadership skills is more important!
- Technically savvy in application development / system architecture domains
- Deep knowledge of industry practices (IT best practices, infrastructure and enterprise set up) and technology trends.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools, practices and risk management
- Exceptional project management, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; experience in ERP and digital project is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities; team management and career planning
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (Master's preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in IT
