My client is a global insurance company which Regional headquarter is located in Hong Kong. This company is well-known with a good work-life balance, young culture, and very little overtime. They are planning to expand in the next few years and this role will play a major part in driving and delivering the strategy.
About the role:
Information Security Senior Manager will sit in Hong Kong and lead the development, documentation and maintenance of information security policies, procedures, and standards across Asia Region. You will be leading the team to perform control testing to determine compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditations, and internal security standards. You will handle the design and monitor the security of SDLC in both traditional and DevSecOps universes and you will monitor changes that may affect information security, and make recommendations on the need for policy changes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Financial Institution IT field with over 7 years in technology risk and information security experience
- CISSP/ CCSP/ CISM certification is preferred
- Familiar with up-to-date IT related regulatory requirements (i.e. HKIA, MAS, BMA (Bermuda Monetary Authority), ISO27001 and Cyber security laws and regulations in China for Financial Institutions etc.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, self motivated and independent
