I am currently working with one of our leading Banking clients who are looking to source a Senior Manager for CDD Operations. This role will work closely with the Head of CDD to provide day to day oversight of CDD Operations whilst managing several QC's.
Experience required;
- Retail Banking.
- Managing within the KYC/CDD function from an operation perspective.
- Provide a platform to develop CDD Analysts and QC Analysts.
- Previous experience of managing large teams (50-100+).
This role can be based in either the North West, Yorkshire or the South East depending on your location with flexible working from home.
