For a very important world leader in the production and sale of various types of special papers for packaging, graphics and self-adhesive materials, I am currently looking for a Group IT Finance Senior Business Analyst with a solid knowledge of SAP FI CO. The place of work can be Milan, Verona, or Monza and Brianza (at the candidate's discretion). Furthermore, being an international company, a good level of English is required.

Group IT Finance Business Analyst - Verona/Milano

1. Mission and key priorities of the role You will work for the Group IT team, providing services to both Business Units: Luxury Packaging & Creative solution and Self Adhesives. Directly reporting to the Head of IT Staff Functions, you will be accountable for managing the IT systems related to the Finance, Controlling and Treasury area, as well as participating in company initiatives as team member or leader. You will operate in full collaboration with the IT Applications, Digital and Infrastructure teams, having the opportunity to work with all the local and central business functions, including the company subsidiaries operating worldwide. 2. Your responsibilities include − Manage the ERP systems (SAP R/3) and other applications (Piteco, Tagetik & Integrations with supply chain systems) − Collect and analyze new requirements, addressing them to the relevant responsible for application or system (internal or group team, vendor, Bolt-on system responsible/coordinator, infrastructure global team members, etc.). − Manage expectations and relations with local business leaders and stakeholders, of all the functional areas − Strong collaboration with the IT BI & Digital team to address reporting needs such as Tagetik, Visibility & Control, E2E margin, GM tracker − Active support to business functions and users in data extractions, collection and massive updates − Ensure an active management of the day-to-day activities and incidents to increase quality of service delivered. − Identify problematic areas, designing and proposing solutions to be implemented. − Collaborate with the Local IT to maintain standards and functionality. − Lead or participate in central projects or in the local declination of the central projects. − Support the annual IT budget management preparation and tracking in order to ensure cost effectiveness. 3. Who are we looking for − Bachelor or Master in Economics/Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent professional experience − 7-8 years of experience in IT in consultancy firms or in manufacturing companies − Experiences in Financial and Controlling applications and processes are a must − Previous experience gained in software development or customizations − Knowledge of SAP/FI-CO modules is fundamental, while previous experience using other applications (Piteco/Tagetik) would be considered a plus − Previous experience in Project Management, coordinating internal and external stakeholders towards a common objective − Autonomous person and team player. Proactive, collaborative and eager for improvement − Strong sense of ownership and result-orientation, with tolerance for a certain degree of ambiguity − English and Italian proficiency
