Oliver James are currently partnered with a large Life Insurer based in London in their search for a Senior Investment Manager.
This role will sit in a shareholder investment team and will be primarily be focused on the Matching Adjustment Portfolio. The team are going through an exciting time of growth including the two new hires and a large project in the pipeline.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead and deliver items of the change agenda of the organisation and CIO function
- Portfolio management activities including identifying and managing emerging risks and issues
- Investment Strategy development, implementation and monitoring
To be considered for this role you must have experience working with insurers or asset managers / investments in portfolio management and investment strategy. You do not need to be an actuary but you will have experience within matching adjustments ideally. An understanding of Solvency II would be desired but not a prerequisite
